sir my name sreeraj iam taking in chest exray bur x ray report fibrocalcific scarring is seen in both apices wate is the probleam this issue eany medicine preffer pls

In India most common cause of such presentation is pulmonary tuberculosis, if you are not having any constitutional symptoms of tuberculosis then the lesions are mostly healed old tuberculosis; but still if you have doubt about your status you can go for Sputum for Mycobacterial culture and ZN staining tests to confirm about disease activity if any.
