Hi and thanks for this query.

If you were treated and declared cured, then there is no need in taking any more tb drugs. Sequellae of pulmonary tb can be fibrotic lesions on a chest xray. Theses should not prompt treatment for ptb if there re no symptoms and signs to suggest this. Discuss with them and unless they provide evidence to the suggest an active infection, then I strongly disapprove of you being put on drugs again. This is because the treatment is very long, with serious possible side effects and not to have enough convincing evidence to suggest and active infection, please say NO. The risk of treatment in your case out weigh the imaginary benefits.
For now, I will suggest that they monitor you and do a follow up xray in 3months to see if the lesions are progressive or not. if they should be, then you may want to consider treatment then. For now, it is not an emergency and also not coughing means you are not contagious and therefore constitutes no danger to the public if they were to base assessment on these to strongly recommend treatment.

Hope you find this helpful and informative. If you have ore questions, we'v got answers. Keep them coming.
I wish you the best of health.
