i had undergone strenting in RCA post PTCA in July 2011, i am 55 yrs
then i m on 1, arbitrel h 80 , 2,clavix150 , 3,sloken xr 50 all -OD, and restovas 5- BD,
my latest chest x ray shows unfoldin of arota and mild restriction in PFT test
i have developed lots of coughing and chocked breath
can u guide me plz

Unfolding of arota could be because of age related changes or due to hypertension. You should go for HRCT chest to rule out any lung parenchymal lesion and cardiac check up (ECG, echo etc) to rule out any underlying cardiac problem.
