Years Ago I Was Diagnosed With A Minor Case Of

Years ago I was diagnosed with a minor case of GERD and Barrett's Esophagus. I have not had any problems or complications since diagnosis until this past week. I did eat some spicy food this weekend. However, I have even been able to eat the occasional spicy foods, caffeine, chocolate, etc. without complications until recently. The last 2 days I have had pressure in my chest that tums and Prilosec did not help. It has awakened me the last 2 nights. I'm not in excruciating pain but it is causing me discomfort. Should I give it a couple of days or seek medical treatment?
