Yellow Mucus From Nose, Headaches, Fatigue, Nausea, Bloated Stomach, Vaginal Discharge, Joint Pain, Depression. What Seems Wrong?

nasal problem for 3 yrs, I can smell decay, thick yellow mucas, headaches, extreem fatigue, nausea, bloated stumach and vaginal discarge, yellow thick, no real odour, joint pains, depression. discharge has been going on for two yrs, I have all sorts of treatment but nothing seem sto work. One doctor informed me that my body was poising itself??

Hi and thanks for the query,

The symptoms described at head level, with headaches and yellowish discharge deserve a careful evaluation. This could either be indicative of a chronic rhinitis or sinusitis. Appropriate treatment with antibiotics or at times surgical drainage is important. Special X rays done by your ENT specialist could be useful,. Yellowish vaginal discharge deserve a physical exam, vaginal swab and culture. A sexually transmitted infection screening is required. I suggest you consult your primary care physician. Kind regards
