Yes I Found Out I'm 5 Weeks And 5 Days

Yes I found out I'm 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant ! Last year around the same time I had an ectopic pregnancy I was 3 months along and my tube busted, but anyway sorry my question is now that I am pregnant again I'm been worried that it will happen again I started having pink spotting but only when I walk or am up and around and really light cramps and tender belly to touch , is this normal ? My Dr doesn't Wana see me till the 18th to do a scan but I don't know if I should go to the ER sooner
