Yes, It Is The Middle Of The Night Where I

Yes, It is the middle of the night where I live. Not able to get much sleep. I have been needing to change out my pad almost every hour due to heavy blood flow period. I am menopausal have been for 2 yrs. However, out of the blue this morning I started menstrual bleeding. Last time this happen was a year ago, when my period lasted 8 days with slightly heavy to moderate flow. My doctor tested that I am anemic and she did a biopsy on my uterus but everything was ok. Should I be concern about the heavy amount of blood coming out right now and go to the ER? My cramping is moderate, feel very full and bloated and I a little light headed. Somehow this just feels different than before. Is this normal?
