Yes, thank-you. Medications have mixed-up. The reason simply is that the patient has Parkinson and due to shorten memory abilities forgot. This pill is white, oblong in shape front side is RI80 and reverse side is quarter like a tic tac toe board. She thinks that this is a muscle relaxant for back spasm.
