Yesterday I Had A Migraine After An Exam And I

Yesterday I had a migraine after an exam and I began to feel nauseous when walking, light headed and I began to not be able to breathe normally. I began breathing really fast and heavy and by the time the school nurse got to me, my face was pulsing, i couldn’t walk and elbow down I couldn’t move and my hands felt paralysed. The school nurse and GP both said it was some sort of panic attack triggered by exam stress and the migraine and I also found out I have a temperature but I didn’t feel stressed about my exams at all. Almost 24 hours later my arms still ache and tremble when I hold things and every now and then they will have a little spasm. Also is it a migraine if you have a pulsing, excruciating pain in one corner of your head which makes you feel dizzy and unable to see?
