a couple weeks ago out of nowhere I started having pain on the left side just inside my vagina. It feels swollen to me. I thought maybe it was the new body wash I was using and waited a few days with no relief. I tried some OTC medicine for yeast infection even though there is no itching and no noticeable discharge. I had my husband get a flashlight and look and he said there is a tiny spot just inside on the the left...wall? of my vagina. We hadn't had sex, it just came out of nowhere. When I urinate and the urine hits it, it feels like a 100 needles poking. The pain is intense. When I stand up it hurts, when I sit down it hurts. I know I need to see a Dr. I'm just waiting to be off my period. Would vaseline help? What could it possibly be?
