About 2 Hrs After Eating Dinner At A Restaurant, I

about 2 hrs after eating dinner at a restaurant, I suddenly had a lot of gas pain. Not long after that I had severe diarrhea and felt like I was going to pass out. Heart rate increased and I felt clammy. This lasted about 15 minutes, then I had 2-3 major gas explosions after which I felt better and diarrhea subsided. with just small amounts being expelled. It is now 3 hrs later and I am passing medium amounts of bright red blood.
