after carrying home heavy groceries, I set them on the floor and begin cramping I felt lots of liquid coming out of me down below and after a large quantity of the liquid came out then came the sticky discharge and then came the blood with lots of blood clots. I have been bleeding for about 4 days now very heavily having severe cramps and I need to mention that 4 months prior to this happening my stomach has been cramping severely.
