Age 85 Pain In Lower Back Have Bulging Discs Have

age 85 pain in lower back have bulging discs have had numerous injections with no relief pain is worse on arising in morning pain moves from back to right hip area where I have had total right hip replacement. I am being assured that hip surgery is not causing pain. It feels that the pain is coming from muscle or organs in the area, not from disks. This has been constant for 6 months. I also have swollen feet each morning that I have brought to the attention of my cardiologist. I have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and type II diabetes for which I receive treatment. What is in the area on my lower right back that might be causing this type pain?
