around 2 months ago I had an incident where i was waiting in line as a restaurant and i ended up just passing out and waking up a minute or so later and an ambulence had shown up and they gave me some fluids and took my bp and everything and they said my electrolytes were "all ovee the place" and that i should get some gatorade and so on and from that point, i was always afraid that it would happen again and sometimes i would get dizzy or lightheaded and it would really worry me. Now, about 2 weeks ago, i got sick while at work and i threw up and went home early and shortly after, i got sick with a stuffy nose and coughing up mucus and so on, but i also feel tired a lot and my ears pop and i get headaches too and i figured it could be part of being sick because i still have a stuffy nose and a cough but i just wanted to talk to someone about it because it really started to worry me.
Outside of the cold, i thought maybe it could be my dietary descisions so ive recently taken up eating more fruits and such but im not expecting immediate results but, today i came to the mall and i started having heat flashes but only for a minute and my ears started popping and my right side stayed feeling full and i couldnt pop it. I feel like another part of it is that im also just stressing myself out over it all because i obviously dont want another episode like at the restaurant and i feel like it isnt a bad thing to be afraid of these kinds of unusual things and just overall having a concern for my own health, do you know what the issue could be
