Asymptomatic Afib Patient ( Last Episode Over 5 Yrs )

asymptomatic afib patient ( last episode over 5 yrs ) had recent complete work up all normal. Had echo 12 lead blood work etc. Take capoten calan lopressor for BP well tolerated been on it 20+ years.

Having excessive gas/burping episodes coupled with PVC's. Usually relieved with antacids

Seems like the act of expelling air and the flip flop rate is connected/simultaneous
