Large Lump On The Knee Post Operation On ACL Recon Via Tendon Graft Surgery. Is It Something To Worry About?
hi 2 weeks post op on acl recon via hamstring/ tendon graft straight from surgery were incision is with clips on right outer side of the right knee there is a large lump will admit there was a small lump there before surgery as i had a torn lateral horn of the mensicus (think that is the correct term) it doesnt hurjt or cause pain when flexing/extending but is rather large and unsightly is it anything to worry about ?

The large lump at the site of incision could be due to local tissue edema or a fluid collection in the area. It is best to get the area examined by your surgeon so that if there is any infection in the area, it can be controlled timely.
