Left Ventricle
The left ventricle is normal in size. There is normal left
ventricular wall thickness. Left ventricular systolic function is
normal. Ejection Fraction = 60-65%. The left ventricular wall
motion is normal.

Right Ventricle
The right ventricle is normal size. The right ventricular
systolic function is normal.

Atria
The left atrial size is normal. Right atrial size is normal. The
interatrial septum is intact with no evidence for an atrial
septal defect.

Mitral Valve
The mitral valve leaflets appear normal. There is no evidence of
stenosis, fluttering, or prolapse. There is no evidence of mitral
valve prolapse. There is no mitral valve stenosis. There is no
mitral regurgitation noted.

Tricuspid Valve
The tricuspid valve is not well visualized, but is grossly
normal. There is no tricuspid valve prolapse. There is no
tricuspid stenosis. No tricuspid regurgitation.

Aortic Valve
The aortic valve opens well. The aortic valve is trileaflet.
There is no aortic valvular vegetation. No hemodynamically
significant valvular aortic stenosis. Trace aortic regurgitation.

Pulmonic Valve
There is no pulmonic valvular regurgitation.

Great Vessels
The aortic root is normal size.

Pericardium/Pleural
There is no pericardial effusion. There is no pleural effusion.

Summary
The left ventricle is normal in size.
There is normal left ventricular wall thickness.
The left ventricular wall motion is normal.
Ejection Fraction = 60-65%.
