can you tell me what this means in layman's terms
IMPRESSION:
1. Disc bulge, uncovertebral proliferation and facet arthrosis are most severe at C3-4 and C4-5. At C3-4 there is mild diffuse compression of the cord. At C4-5 there is mild compression of the left side of the cord. There is questionable minimal edema or myelomalacic T2 signal in the cord at these levels, really only visible on STIR.
2. Foraminal stenosis is moderate to severe left at C3-4, moderate left at C4-5, and moderate right at C5-6. and facet arthrosis are most severe at C3-4 and C4-5.
