Confused About Pregnancy
i feel i am pregnant but along with that i have stomache ache why.

Pregnancy can be confirmed with only certain tests done. Hence it is better for you to get a urine pregnancy test done. Depending on the results of that along with progression of your symptoms, would you be considered for further tests and diagnosis of pregnancy can be made after that. Not right now. Stomach pain is not a specific sign of pregnancy.
