Dear Sir My Mom Aged 86 Had A Heart Attack

dear sir
my Mom aged 86 had a heart attack 7 years back .she got treated by dissolving the clots.not any angiplasty etc.
ever since that attach she was on prolomet-XL 25 mg .Korandil 10 mg twice daily ( which has been reduced to 5Mg twice daily last 2 years), multivitamins. clopilet-75 mg daily.
she has been steady with constant check ups ECGs every 3month with cardiologist, 6 months ECHO once(last L-EG- 61%.) for lipd control she is on roseday-f daily.
her bP was raising and doctoer added 2.5 Mg of amlosafe tablet in the evening around 4Pm after snacks.
now in the last 2months her morning BP rises to 150/80 level and when it touches this level she feels very tired, sort of breathlessnes also.
we give Korandil 5 MG twice daily-- 1 by 11AM .after food and another by 8.30PM after food.
whenever she feels breatheless ness(when the BP touches 150 ) we advance giving the Korandil by 8.30AM or 9 AM itself .on taking Korandil she gets good and quick relief.
Doctor tried giving 1 single tablet of Olemazest-beta 50.But with that tablet also pressure levels didnot decrease in the mornings. then only switched over to Amlosafe 2.5 MG.
For reducing the morning spikes in BP doctor has advised to add 1 more 2.5 Mg amlosafe at bedtime which he says will reduce the morning pressure.
Is ths correct regimen?
why BP spikes in the Morning? we give her daily morning prolomet-XL 25 g along with the first tea by 6.30AM.
for reducing the BP in the morning which is the best drug of all these and when shd it be given?whether at bedtime or early morning?
expecting reply.
NOTE--when she had MI 7 years back -CT angio showed Block which doctor opined can be managed with medicines. her agaston calcium score was 500 plus that time. She weighs only 40 kgs and lipd profile very well under control.
pl advise after ging thro the above.
