my penis top portion is fat, bottom portion is thin.sometimes when i feel excite then in the middle part of my penis be thin but bottom and top portion be fat. so my penis can't be erect.For this i am in tension. before i used hand to my penis.
please doctor give me solution. i can't go to doctor for shame.
When i go to sex i can't stay 1 or 2 minutes after entering penis into !**@!.
