FI Have Had A Problem With Nausea For The Third

fI have had a problem with nausea for the third day. I am okay until I smell or see food. Activity also brings it on. I am on many medications, but they have not changed since last Feb. I have some dizziness and have fallen this afternoon. Why am I nauseated but unable to vomit?
