feeling dizziness while sitting in supine position.am using Tab losar 50mg,which I started recently,for mild hypertension.am feeling dizzy while sitting at dining while having my meal.in the past I had problem with my middle ear,during which I had problem of spinning head which slowly cured.in the recent past there's severe tinnitus in my right ear.am not able to understand weather the dizziness is due to cardiac problem or its due to middle ear problem.kindly help me .
