for a while now I have been having alot of trouble with my hearing, I hear a constant loud noise in my right ear and left ear too but not as loud as the right, when I swallow I always hear like clicking noises which are also loud, when I wake up in the morning my ears feel like they are full what causes these things?
and I do every now and then get sharp pain in both ears but not at the same time
