for several months now I have been dealing with diverticulitus, and have been getting dizzy spells. I am on Viberzi for the gut problem, and it seems as I get a sudden drop in my blood pressure that is giving me the dizzy spells. Yesterday my blood pressure dropped to 50/34 and I was blacking out when I tried to get up, or open my eyes. The last time this happened it dropped to 54/30 something. It feels like a huge headrush and everything goes black. All of my labwork and tests and mri shows that I'm perfectly healthy. Any thoughts?
