hI, I am normally unusually healthy and have finally succumbed to a heavy cold with the usual symptoms. I went back to bed and heard a strange noise and realised it was me groaning and moaning, not sure if it was on inhalation or exhalation but it wasn't continuous, do you know the reason, I live alone and don't snore or moan usually
