Had A Laporoctomy Hernia Repair On Friday With A Lot

had a laporoctomy hernia repair on Friday with a lot of adhesions so the surgeon said. I have two swollen lumps either side of my spine about half way down. they are not painful at the moment but are tender to touch. I haven't opend my bowels since the operation and have been taking paracetomol ibuprofen and codeine pain killers since Friday. My water works seem ok as I am urinating quite often. Just worried about this swelling in my back
