had endescopy done today and diagnosis is diffuse moderate inflammation characterized by erythema, friability and granularity found in the gastric body, on anterior wall of stomach, on greater curvature of stomach, on posterior wall of stomach and in gastric antrum. Biopsies were taken. Can you please explain this diagnosis?
