had my thyroid removed 2-2-16 im taking 175 mcg of l-thyroxine just had blood test my T4 is 12.0 Free T 1.271 and TSH 0.023 so my T4 is high and tsh is low I am gaining weight, headaches and smelling I work out by riding my bike 6 miles daily and have cut bread and a lot of sugars out of my diet. My doctor just lowered my dose to 150 mcg. I will get that filled tomorrow. any subjestions to help me feel better just very tired and sad.
