Havent Had My Period For 4 Months Im Moody Stomach Pains

Hi im a 20 year old female and i have been having unprtected sex with my fiance for awhile now and havent had my period for 4 months im moody stomach pains here and there headaches everyonce in awhile more often then before. and i took 2 dollar store preg tests they are negative. Are you missing the periods for the first time? And that too for 4 months should be evaluated seriously as there are chances of pregnancy. Hence you should report to a gynecologist for further guidance. Most probably an ultrasound scan and also a blood test would be required as there is no result in the urine test.
