Having Bump Of Tongue Which Is White And Raised, And Sore Frenulum. What Could This Be?

For about two days now I have had a lot of discomfort in my mouth. It felt like I had a canker sore on the top of my mouth in the back right and not my gum are quite sore. Then I developed a bump of the side of my tongue which became white and raised, and I had one pop up on top of my tongue as well. In addition, my frenulum is sore and turned white yesterday and is now shrunk back and quite sore.

Hello, thank you for consulting with healthcaremagic.
The type of discomfort you are mentioning that your mouth is sore and there are bumps on your tongue , it is all about the starting of aphthous ulcer means which you are mentioning canker sore.
As it first starts with discomfort and soreness and then the lesion progresses to an ulcer which is white to yellowish in color and painful.
There is no need to worry you observe the lesion wait for 1 week and apply Mucopain ointment 3 times a day.
If does not heals after that also then you visit a dentist nearby who can thoroughly examine the lesion.
Hope it will help you out.
