hello I am 34yrs old I have type2diabetes Uncontrolled for about 3yrs total I have neuropathy I'm walking on a walker I lost my balance I am overweight I have athsma and bronchitis I have high blood pressure I'm also taking medication for cholesterol in total I'm taking about 19 different medications plus 2 different insulins I take insulin 6 times a day I'm on a sliding scale am I disabled?? am I gonna die?oh I also have depression issues and bipolar
