Hello, I Am A 56 Year Old Healthy Male. I

hello, I am a 56 year old healthy male. I am right handed. Yet, in my LEFT hand, along the back ridge leading from my wrist up into and towards the thumb, I have a developing pain and soreness that seems to be getting worse. No signs of inflammation, no injuries at all, no repetitive usage either. This pain can be shooting pain, primarily when I use it to grab something. When I do, the shooting pain comes and I actually lose my grip strength almost entirely. Any ideas?
