hello I am on several medications and have a surgery coming up. I am also looking at side effects, etc. Can you help me....

Clonazepan 1MG (PTSD-Anxiety) @ 1 AM & 1 PM
Clopidogrel 75M (Plavix-2 Brain Strokes, 2 Heart Attaches, Blood Clot) @ 1 AM
Docolace 100MG (Constipation-Meds) @ 2 AM
Duloxetine-Cymbalta 30mg (PTSD-Anxiety) @ 1-2 AM
EQ Allergy 25 MG (Nerves-Back & Legs) 1 x every 8 hours
Fexofenadine 60 MG (Allergy) @ 1 AM
Flurbiprofen 20% Cream (Knees-Pain) @ 1 AM & 1 PM
Gabapebtin 400 MG (Pain/Swelling for Back & Knees) @ 1 AM & 1PM
Lisinopril 10 MG (High Blood Pressure) @ 1 AM
Montelukast Sodium 10 MG (Asthma/Allergies) @ 1 AM
Omeprazole 20 MG (Stomach-Meds) @ 1 AM & 1 PM
Prazosin HCL 2 MG (PTSD-Night Terrors) @ 1-2 PM
Senna Lax 8.6 MG (Constipation-Meds) @ 1 to 2 PM
Tramadol HCL 50 MG (Knees) @ 1 every 6 hours
ValACYclovir 500 MG (Herpes-mouth) @ 1x3 day for 5 days. As Needed, flairs when Stressed or sick.

Seasonal:
ProAir Inhaler (Asthma/Allergies) @ 2 Puffs x 4 day as needed
Symbicort 80/4.5 Inhaler (Asthma/Allergies) @ 2 puffs x 2 day

Fish Oil
Vitamins B-12, C, D3,& E
