hello, I have had kidney infections in the past (long time ago) and I think I might have one again. I have very sore lower back especially when going to the bathroom, and I woke up feeling dizzy, nauseous and tired. I also felt like I was cold and clammy feeling.

Unfortunately I work on a boat and can’t go in to see a doctor for another two weeks. We have cephalexin onboard and I am wondering if I should take it to see if that works and prevent me from becoming as sick as I did the first time I had a kidney infection and didn’t know it. I have to serve and housekeep for 8 guests so I can’t just leave.
