hello, I work at chipotle as a line worker. You may be familiar with Chipotle and how busy and hectic things can get there. A little after I started working, I began feeling pain and stiffness in my hand and fingers. It started with my index finger. I use to be able to bend my index finger all the way down but now I can't bend it past a certain point no matter how much I try. It really hurts, especially in the joint area. When I'm not working, my hand feels okay, it still feels pain and stiffness, but not as bad as when I start working. When I start working I feel pain shooting through my hand and even through my thumb. I can't fully grasp objects to the best of my ability with my right hand. I'm pretty sure my hand or finger isn't broken or sprained since there's no swelling or discoloration but is this a repetitive stress injury or tendinitis?
