hello. Recently i've been having an issue with, what i can only describe as, some sort of tendon/ligament on the left side of my penis tugging on the base. It is uncomfortable/painful if my penis falls a certain way - or especialy is i get an erection, I can actually see the tendon/ ligament that is strained (looks like a vein). If i try to pull my erect penis away from myself, I can see this tendon tighten and i feel the pain of whatever its tugging on at the base. Is this just a strained ligament or something?
