Hello Doctor I Think I Have Hay Fever As I

hello doctor i think i have hay fever as i am sneezing a lot from past 2-3 days , eyes and nose running , irritation in eyes and throat and today i have body ache and fatigue too. One peculiar thing is that i am sort of tasting blood not in mouth but down in throat while i am sneezing and coughing. do you think it is something serious ? Last night i was also not able to sleep because i had breath shortening problems which is first time in my life, may be its lung fatigue because of excessive sneezing, please help me doctor, dont know whats happening to me.
