Hello Dr. My Dr. Told Me That Some Uterus Erozen

hello dr.
my dr. told me that some uterus erozen is there.she prescribed me micrdox_lbx and ovipauz-L and some more medicines.but after taking microdox i feel vomiting and atleast 2 times it happen in night during having microdox and other tablets.so i concern with my doctor again she told me stop microdox if u r feeling vomiting,and continue with other medicines.but i stop all medicines fo 2-3 days.now new session will be start from 5th day of mensuration.should i continue or not..bcoz if i again feeling not well or vomiting..so i immediately stop those medicine but i fear that if i stop..is it create some complication or side effects?plz suggest
