Hello I Am 51 Male, I Have Had A Left

hello i am 51 male, i have had a left side nipple issue for the last year or so..first i noticed my left nipple would erect and would be sensitive and kinda dry and scaly..that went on for about 6 months, then it just went away on its own. then about 6 months ago the same nipple would start burning and all around (about 1.5 in around) would get rubbery then getting red as in a rash..thing is this happens for about 4-6 days then goes away for weeks then comes back ??help
