hello. i am a 20 year old, female 115 lbs 5'5 who recently got out the ER with hypoglycemia. while at the hospital, doctors said i had a fast heart rate over normal, not to alarming, and that i had low blood sugar of 65/66 which they also said that it wasnt alarming. they sent me home and said they dont know whats causing my blood sugar to drop and my heartbeat to be fast. i went home and two days later, i had been having excruciating pain in my two ears (inner) along with my old symptoms (that i went to the ER with) i.e dizziness, shortness of breath, feeling like i about to pass out.

in the past, i had a tooth infection and had to remove all four of my wisdom teeth. (i dont have insurance so i cant really do that..) i left it, even though it hurt, but now its passed. all i see in the back is a whole in my teeth with a probability of exposed nerves (cause if i bite hard or snth gets stuck in it, it hurts)

i mention my tooth infection because im sort of worried that it might be serious. why do i keep having infections? my diet is okay, although, im an insomniac with anxiety. is my ears infected? what could be the cause for my low blood sugar?..do you have any advice or summary of what this could be.. thank you for reading.
