hello, i have Xanthelasma as well as being diagnosed with mild lupus over 10 years ago, i have lived with this since then and have not suffered any discomfort so to speak. at the time my doctor advised me to avoid direct sunlight - which i can now tell you is nonsense its sever heat you need to avoid as well as any stressful situations. the latter being the stress and the heat are my concerns, my job is very active and it keeps me in shape and i control my diet 100%. i no longer drink alcohol as of november 2015 purely to cut out the sugar, i do smoke on avg 10 - 15 cigarettes per day, i am 49 years old white male, 6'1', last time i weighed myself i was just over 20 st, i have no idea what i weigh now but i had to buy some new clothes. i sweat profusely at work, i control my fluid intake but i am concerned that i could overheat and have no fluids left to cool me down as the more i drink the more i sweat very rarely do i urinate whilst at work as i do not feel the need to as i am sweating it out. stress is stress its comes with life i know that but some way of controlling it without knocking me out.
sorry for babbling on ..
