Hello I Have A Resident Who Is Suffering From Leukemia

hello
i have a resident who is suffering from leukemia with a low blood pressure. his base line has been 130/60-110/60, HR; 50-70, today was feeling weaker than usual at 0800hrs. took his blood pressure twice, sitted, 90/50-100/40, currently on metropolol 12.5mg firosemide 40mg bid, ASA, and lots of analgesics for back pain i.e oxycodone
furosemide put on hold today for the next tree days. My question is looks like he is already having hypotension, is this blood pressure considered too low and is the cause of weakness in the morning?
