I've problem on my hands.
1) In the winter season,my hands become red,then become swollen and in the last,white+red colour water come out from fingers
2)Recently a new problem came,my nail clips are getting yellow+black from inside.There is no fungus on nails
Plz tell me what to do?What should I eat?What are the precautions I should apply?
