hello sir i had anal sex with guy and i had tested pcr rna 20ppi after 40 day and the result is negative but after 2months when i go to govt hospital for again hiv antibody test I saw some one is positive but i dont know who is this ?? and when i came to my house i think he he injected needel into me but i didnt feel that now i m very scare plzz tell me condition to get hiv positive via needel plzz sir i really need ur help
