hello, yesterday I had my four wisdom teeth removed and tonight I was looking at the sutures and notices a white substance in the area. It is contained to where the sutures have been placed, and I am wondering what it might be? The substance is completely white but not hard, it seems like a viscous liquid. Maybe some gauze remnant?
