hello...ive just received my radiology report. impression: florid cemento-osseous dysplasia, apical periodontitis, extruded root canal seleant and mucositis in the maxillary sinus...my question would be could any of this contribute to endocarditis? I have had my innominate artery removed and no antibiotics prior to any dental work.
