Hello,my Wifes Period Stopped For Some Months After A Miscarriage.

hello,my wifes period stopped for some months after a miscarriage. she was given some meds by her doctor to enable her get her period. her period come today and she went back to see her doctor as instructed. he gave her adepal pill to use for three months. the doctor told her during this period,she will be fertile like an oasis but i just read about the pill online....it is contradictory. we want to get pregnant. can you pls enlighten me?
