Hey I Had A New Partner Recently... After A Few

hey i had a new partner recently... after a few days i had discomfort and i started but now i have what almost looks like a mosquito bite and it hurts when i pee from pee touching it or if touched even by clothing. im starting to get worried its been there about 5 days now. ive had a scratch before but never this long or painful. im wondering if it could be a scratch from tampon applicator but i dont think it is.... it burns like raw skin if i touch it but the fact its a bump worries me. please help
