heyy....I think i am going through same condition right now...please help me....

exactly one month ago....I broke my hand with glass(mirror) by some really silly mistake, while i was helping my mom in house cleaning....

i broke 3 nerves:-

1.Radial Artery (blood was flowing like fountain)
2.Super ficial nerve branch and
3.Thumb abductor

right now....stitches are removed and plaster is also removed(which was wrapped on my thumb)....it is exactly 3 days now from when plaster is removed.....

now my question begins...

I am having Physiotherapy right now....and during exercise....i feel immense pain at my wrist....same like somebody i sneeching it heavily....and also my thumb and wrist movement are restricted....

I just want to know that am i doing right?? I mean after how much time of operation....doing exercise like hand mobilization are ok???

can someone please help me??
